This phone is a serious piece of SHIT...the camera is pretty bad, the phone constantly restarts and the battery life is pretty short. I have had this phone for a little bit over a year and i can not wait to get rid of this and get a completely different phone.

To those who are thinking about getting this phone I strongly advise you to NOT get this phone.

@ipodrockslol Actually I have this phone and it is amazing. It doesn't frezze up on me and the batteries are pretty good! But I do agree with the camera. It's shit

The only good thing about this phone is that its small enough to fit in pocket. The round button is somewhat difficult to use. I hate that the phone will unlock just by sliding the rear keyboard. It opened while in my pocket and accidently sent 29 blank text messages. Also, to further LOCK the phone you have to go several menus. The standby screen only shows the time. Sometimes I found it turns off by itself without my input.

I have always depended on my cell phones for the alarm clock as well. Pttt. . . can't rely on this POS, since it turns off randomly at the drop of a dime and I will end up sleeping in! Even if it has a full charge, the thing will shot off out of nowhere. I have been with Sprint for about 9 yrs & am very disappointed with the way they treat their customers. Planning on making the switch just like everyone else, but just need to find a good carrier. SPRINT SUCKS!

Sad thing, Sprint isnt much better than companies like virgin mobile and boodt mobile. In a matter of fact, they are worse in some ways. They actually have the same phones AS SPRINT.
