I think you can do that in Tree of Tranquility. You can buy clothes and wear them

Same in reverse. There are great games for PSP that would be great for DS too. At least you could play the game on a DS while it is charging, which is more than I can say for the PSP.

Actually in harvest moon 3 you can buy new outfits and wear them :D
Unfortunately you can't design them youself xD

i wish there's a rune factory-like game in psp. there are many great games in ds which psp doesn't have - rune factory,phoenix wright,animal crossing. i wish the sony company would have a "copy" of those games psp. :)

I wish they would make a harvest moon like this where you could customize ur own character and what ever clothes you equip would show on your characters sprite! if that were to happen I would make my character look more like chrono from chrono trigger.
