Actor Amitabh Bachchan, popularly known as the king of Indian cinema, was appointed a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador in 2005.
Mr. Bachchan's collaboration with UNICEF began in 2002 when a polio outbreak in northern India threatened to spread. His appearance in a series of award-winning television and radio commercials which encouraged parents to have their children vaccinated against the crippling disease played an important role in saving lives.
If we think carefully about the cause, there is nothing enough that we can do for it... we have to and should do more and more. Thanks BIG BEE.
Best Regards.
