  • Actually, it is a 'normal' computer, in the sense that it has an Intel processor and can run current operating systems. (That's what most people would call normal, I guess)

    It's just that it has relatively low specifications, comparable to - I think - a late Pentium-3 or an early Pentium-4.

    That's probably what you meant, just meaning to clear it up :-)

  • I´m using ASUS My Cinema U3100 Mini, which was especially made to work with EEE PC. It has drivers for Xandros Linux too. The only problem is the software shipped with it - on Linux, it doesn´t allow you to record.

  • Of course it can handle DVB-T. There is even Asus TV Tuner made especially for Linux version of this computer. And it works just fine.

  • If it can run Counter strike source, which I know it can. Im pretty sure it can handle TV

  • Is EEE able to handle MPEG-4 AVC DVB-T stream or MPEG-2 only?
