@nanquan491 lol, you hit it write on the money. the years of powerlifting, mainly improving my bench press has put an insane amount of stress on my triceps. also, I really hate training arms so if there was an area I skipped too many times in the past 10 years, it has been my biceps. I have done alot to try to rebalnce it, but as long as I keep powerlifting, my triceps will keep developing. Time will tell if I ever get it to a better balance.

@eagledriver21 So if a police officer came up to you and arrested you just because you "looked like" a rapist or someone who would molest children vs. having any proof and facts, would that be ok? I guess so considering the comment you made towards me. I will let my videos and actions speak for me whether I am drug free or not. Either way, I hope that people do not profile you in a neg. way or accuse you of something that you are not just because of your appearance.

Oh god, I think I can actually see the tendinous origin of the lateral head of the biceps twitching at the beginning of this rep. Damn your low bodyfat % tuan, I can't unsee this, it is the stuff of nightmares. Almost thought it was rear delt for a second but that doesn't make any sense I guess...
Unless... is it possible the rear delt stabilizes to prevent the shoulder flexion action of the biceps?

@nanquan491 Eh, I like large triceps. How can triceps even get too large? I don't think they can. Usually the problem is peoples' flexors (biceps, brachialis) are too big in proportion to the triceps. They look coolest.

from your screenname im guessing you're about 21 years old...a lot of people start developing more of a mans body in their mid 20s.if youre naturally skinny and a hard gainer all you can do for now is eat,eat,eat and train,train,train.you have to reach a mind state where working out is not a chore you have to do but a necessity that you cant live without..you have to get to the point where you cant wait to start workin out(it usually happens once you see more concrete results)

hey listen i need help...lol...im only 145lbs n im trynna get to 160 at least...ive been trynna gain weight by eating a lot. N i no i shouldnt b complainin but it bothers me that i cant get ripped cause im sometimes too lazy...Tuan or anybody pleaze tell me wat can do to improve my weight n muscle buildin...i feel too small...pleaze comment!!

Is this the only one biceps workout what u do? how often do u do that and how many times in one training? Do u use any supplements like proteinshakes? Well done by the way...
Guy talking about steroids your a fucking idiot. Hey tuan im a pretty big dude and i dont understand why u want to limit your elbow movement by resting it on the bench. Is this to help protect the elbow or prevent swing or should rolling? Either way i always learned and got the best bicep response from constant tension. Let me know brother

@jtcruzzin its good to have strict form to really isolate the bicep muscle without activating the shoulders some of your arm exercises. I like to do these a the end of my workouts.
