@leparditas Look at pictures of her from some years back, she had a larger nose. Also Google "ivanka trump fat" she had more meat on her, now she is rail thin. As for breasts, that's obvious, no woman her thinness has a pair of Golden Globes like that!

She is insecure in that she had surgery to have her nose shrank and her breasts enlarged, plus she had some extra weight for awhile, so she decided to get that off and now looks borderline anorexic as a result. She also loves attention, she obviously is not a behind-the-scenes gal as she is very busy cultivating her celebrity.
