Eyal Ben Dror is the owner. He has NOT contacted me, per directive from AMSA, to discuss my issue. Once they forged my wife's signature and sent $10,000 bill base on trumped up weight, they have not made any offer to reweigh, negotiate or settle. They are threatening to "auction" my goods ASAP if I don't pay their jack up "ranson" for my household goods. My kids are sleeping on air mattresses for over 1 month now. Even I get my goods, they said they will NOT deliver them. You are warned!

This company is running a scam on me and holding my household goods hostage! Quote was for $3,700 but bill is for over $10,000! They are lying about the weight they moved. Says we have 20,000 pounds. Absolutely NO WAY! They will not renegotiate or reweigh and adjust the price. No consideration for customer service or doing the right thing. AVOID this company!

The owner of Universal Moving and Storage located in De Soto and Sherman Way going by the name Ben is actually Eyal from Israel .The owner calling his drivers and direct them how many pound to add to each job.The customers need to meet the driver before the move and after the move @ the scale and to watch the drivers when they weigh the trucks law u can request second weight if u feel something is wrong with your weight can be present @ any suit law if needed.
