  • @xavier90968 -- Really? Well, I hope they help you. I've always promoted the idea of learning English from several different teachers. I tell my own students that all the time. Learn from as many different people as possible--whatever the subject may be.

    I'm an English language teacher. In one of the textbooks I teach there's this sentence:

    '' ...No one believed that any one could circle the world in eighty days'' I feel like there's a mistake somewhere in this sentence but I couldn't tell. Could I have your help, sir?

  • @Zemmar11 -- Hi. That sentence looks okay. "Anyone" should be one word, but you'll find various words spelled or composed differently depending on when something was written.
