All you have to do is TP out of a cage. Tip: Sit down before you get griefed...not too many things will work on you because sitting down basically puts you in non-player mode. If you walk into a high-grief area such as a sandbox, rez a box or a chair and just sit down.

lol, they didn't seem to mind being in cages, they thought it was funny, that is the harmless "griefing" what i find that sucks is when you pay for a sim, that is your RL money going into it, you should be able to have it open to the public if you want, without people ruining it. Or if someone messes up your sim to the point of a crash, or messes with a fundraiser with REAL LIFE causes, have morals. geesh.

LOL! That was funny. Yeah it makes them madder if you don't get mad. :-)

There are only a few 'hacks' in SL and none of them have to do with caging... I've gotten through all kinds of traps and cages... zero problems. Griefing is about nusance, not effective techniques. Sadly most areas in SL are cowards and make their lands no push... but a moving physical mass still can push, but not if you are sitting. Shields are dumb, when being attacked, only self pushing, or insto-teleporting is any fun! Non-phys droids are boring, but can be out run. Cages are inane.

its a hack so its possible
I love griefing. Especially in areas with no damn restrictions.

There is NO 'actual' caging in SL... but there is the belief that it is possible and thus people dupe themselves into not merely escaping... they give in to the illusion... it's very odd.
