By now you've seen " Exit thru the Gift Shop " the Banksy documentary / prank with filmmaker Theirry Guetta a budding graffiti artist better known as Mr. Brainwash. For his latest Street Art exhibition he has invited the whole world to participate. Anyone can come by and tag, paste and scribble in the 20,000 square foot warehouse space ( if that don't make my spray nozzle drool! ) at 960 N. La Brea Ave, Los Angeles. The show is slated to open at the end of October ( www.mrbrainwash.com ). I filmed this on Sunday Oct. 16th said to be the last day for artists to create in the space. I want to send a shout out to Lisa & Nico Mansy for letting me tag along and film as Lisa dropped off a painting of hers for the exhibit. The atmosphere was great with artists from all walks of life getting creative on the concrete. Mr. Brainwash has been called a hoax and a fraud, LA Weekly even went so far as to say he was "partially responsible for the death of street art as we know it". Maybe...but what I saw was artists making art, I've never seen that in a museum. Occupy a gallery, lets take art back from Wall Street and give it back to Main Street!

@plastiklinse I agree with u when you say is shit because he make and re-make things that other artists make before, but here it's a great thing to open a place and say "hey everybody you can come and tag what you want, express yourself".
