@agdollsrock2000 Hi....I was very fortunate and am able to urinate very easily through my penis. If you are looking into this surgery, talk with your surgeon and prepare yourself mentally for anything that can happen. I knew that if my urethral extension didn't work, I would have just had them reopen my old urethra, but it was a risk I wanted/needed to take and am happy that I did.

emm, do not really know how to ask the question ... I have thoughts on bottom-surgery, thought of going for the meta... I know that the result is small but it is large enough so that you can urinate in public toilets standing? or is it from person to person?

@dragonLION01e It is from person to person. I suggest that after you pick a surgeon, talk with other guys who have used that person and see what their experiences have been. Also talk with your surgeon and ask if he/she has any data on their surgical outcomes including complications. Just keep in mind the outcome of this surgery is very individual. One person can be very satisfied with the work a surgeon completes, someone else using the same surgeon may be disappointed.

@ryescout01 thank you i am Christopher (Chris for short) i am 12 going to be 13 in 2 weeks not to long ago i came out and every single person i have told has excepted me for who i am, i am dating a girl named ruby and i watch your videos i love them you are an inspiration. sadly... i am to young for surgery but when i am old enough i will get both surgerys. please keep making videos as long as possible because without you i probably wouldn't have came out two every one so soon thx :)
