  • You are real good!

  • thanks Zack!

  • how many rides do you use?

  • depends on the gig or session really. i have a few to choose from for different sitations but apart from a couple, all my cymabls are rides! So I tend to have 2 or 3 up normally ... I like the feel of bigger cymbals and love the sound of crashing a ride..

  • I have the same kit but I have the older model....what snare are you using?

  • the snare on this vid is a Maple Premier Modern Classic - one of the early ones. I also tend to use my 13" Highwood with this set a lot or a 10 ply Maple Gretsch New Classic amongst others ...

  • You're really good, but if you're going to upload drum videos to YouTube, PLEASE MIC THEM. Without micing, it makes your kit sound horrible, which I'm sure it doesn't.

  • @bigredcar Of course!

  • Same here dude. Even my rock kit doesn't have any crashes. 3 rides, hihat, splash, china. =)

  • yes it is - a nice buy for the price
