Björk once confessed to a Brazilian interviewer that she composed Isobel inspired by the legendary Brazilian singer Elis Regina (1945-1982), to whom she dedicated this music. Björk touched deep into the Brazilian soul with this sensitive gesture.

i can believe that i dont say that because im a fan but she truly has a great voice besides i think she has been and is the most powerful and the best artist that the world has had!!!!
