Yup... he beat her with his fists. Never an excuse for that. Where was his help? She could have fairly been easily restrained, cuffed and put in a holdng cell until she calmed down

That fat Cop is probably another little punk who got his assed whipped in HS!!!! Probably never served in the military hence no discipline, and got his ACT 120 at a Community College and decides to beat up a woman who he can't control. Where are the other police? Why did he turn off the video? Where is the due process? Why didn't he answer her questions? Simple, all police think they are above the law!! The only thing missing from their black uniform is S/S on the collar and the Nazi armband!!!

Who did what? The pig, turned off the video. Are they serious? Now, why would the officer turn off the camera HMMMMMMM. There is only 'one' explanation... He wanted to cover up, what he was just about to do. They have the camera on to protect him, and her from any allegations made during booking etc., That police officer should be arrested like any other citizen for assault! Curious though, what was his explanation for turning off the camera???

what really gets me about this fucking woman is that she would go in front of national televison after the way she acted on that video. I think she really feels that her behavior wasnt reflective of a lowlife piece of trash drunk driver. Its funny how most of you defend this woman but if she mowed over your children, then the cop is a hero. A drunk asshole behind the wheel gets a beating and you people give a shit?

@thepimpinman02 actually once you are in cuff you are arrested -- otherwise if you are not being arrested you could sue the police officer for deprivation of liberty ( or at least try to sue)

@thepimpinman02 no just because your in cuffs does not mean you are arrested being in hand cuffs means that a cop s detaining you and making sure you are not a physical threat maybe you should brush up on your law like i said better to be thought a fool then to open your mouth and remove all doubt btw if you are going to be transported from one place to another you do not get a phone call because its a security risk have a nice day ....idiot
