During one of their 'serious' talks as Kitten's Bomba and Tugger talked about love, and how they felt about it. Those were the fun days when they used to sit about and listen to the radio inside the TSE1...then as they grew older they fell in love, contrary to what Bomba said, though they wouldn't admit it to each other. As they became teens they started fooling around together -- but always listening to that radio. As time went by, though, and they grew apart as Tugger turned into the flirt of the tribe.
He's now realised that Bomba does not love him anymore because the Tugger she loved was not the one he is now -- she fell in love with the real him, so in a desperate attempt to win back her affection he sings to the whole tribe about how he used to have a 'really good time' with her, and how he loves that rock and roll they used to listen to, showing that he's still the same old Tugger she once knew and loved.
Is it enough to work though? You decide!
