This is a video made by the practitioners themselves. It's ironic that a video of the sacrificing of animals is set to a soundtrack of festive klezmer music.
How much more truly festive the occasion would be if it were done with money, instead of animals.

@ninchLOsomarichYO , Yes, I'm so anti-human, I've only devoted my entire adult life to helping people as a registered nurse (31 years and counting). Bigoted? Racist? Couldn't be further from the truth. I come from a family of civil rights activists and have been an activist against such abominations for my entire life... which may be long (54 years ... I'll give you that much).

@TheWaterlily2012 , they are supposed to donate the bodies of the chickens to the poor, but this doesn't always happen. I've seen operations where they process the dead birds and actually have a refrigerated truck on hand to transport the flesh, but I've seen some that discard their bodies in dumpsters (dead and dying). Even at those which clean and prepare the flesh, many chickens are discarded due to illness or injuries (sustained in their crates), which renders their flesh Treif (unkosher).
