David does poor repairs they harass us over the phone refusing to repair things
no heat for week blaming us for damages when it's clear it just worn out house is over 50 years old probably older
clamed we damaged stuff and we have proof we did not do it from the city of kitcheners utilities worker

I really don't under stand what there problem is we paid rent on time took care of the house it was clean and in better shape when we moved out example allot cleaner and heat worked better main water valve not leaking 6 plugs they gave me to install to replace old 2 prong plugs I installed and wired properly then they changed there mind said I was not aloud to install the plugs why did they give me them I should have gotten them to make up a letter in writing that they wanted me to install them all plugs I installed are wired properly no holes where made in any wall
what is there problem they seemed nice when I moved in but I now no they are not nice people at all

I guess there just so cheap they want me to live in a place with leaking taps no heat the temp was 7c at night vary cold
more then likely they found some one else to rent at higher rent
also the have not returned my deposit for last months rent

NEVER RENT FROM David Teege or Catherine Derosier there nothing but trouble

I will be posting the video taken when we moved out also
there is no damage to the house at all its in better shape cleaner ......
will also post video on out come if I get my deposit back

Now Derek you should have mentioned the $2000.00+ in damages that you cause to my home in the 3 WEEKS, yes only 3 weeks you people lived there, not to mention your dad taking apart my brass plumbing to make a crack pipe for a friend, next time try to actually read the least you people sign and maybe try to follow it then you wouldn't have been booted out for damaging my house

I know how frustrated u r, but your video is way 2 fast... Imp to follow because you have so much 2 say but the words scroll by 2 quickly to even register with the viewer, slow it down take a breath, and re-submit ask a constructive friend help u edit it.. when u r so closely embroiled in the present hell u cannot be objective. U need to stick to the facts slow down and make sure u make your points methodically take the time to edit this... it wont be so bad once u get out. Hope u r out by now.

Also as a land lord YOU CANNOT enter a rental unit with out 24 hours written notice UNLESS ITS A CERTIFIED EMG.

if you did this in my state you would be put in jail no qustions asked .

i got news for you i watched the vidoes he did and youer house has endless code voliatons and in my state maine that is

i would put a pad lock on the door red tag and turn off all the utilitys untill you fixed them all.

ones i see are NO GFCIS next to the sink.

no shut offs under sinks reverse wired outlets worn outlets illegal stove hook up both wireing and box.

illegal plumming fix that burned the support beams.

ect he may have done damage to the house but you are a slum lord my friend
