  • How many times a day and how many sets and length of time?

  • @mykylc In terms of sets, I would go with 1-3sessions a day. Just like The Stick, 30 seconds or 20 passes should be sufficient. If you do find a trigger point, roll over it or apply pressure for another 20 seconds and roll out again.

  • Seems like a small filled water bottle that has ribs on it would work also?

  • @mykylc Thanks for stopping by. You may be correct, but I am not sure if it would be rigid enough. The FootWheel is vary rigid to dig deep into the soft-tissue of the foot. In addition, the construction of the FootWheel is superb in that it has metal core and super solid, time tested plastic components.

  • @ZealousVitality Where can I pick one of these units up?

  • @mykylc If you are in the USA, go to thestick.com . If you are in Alberta, Canada, I can help you.

  • @ZealousVitality sweet...thanks. Should I ice afterwards?

  • I just got mine in the mail today...feels good. Lots more rigid than the tennis ball of course. I take it that I can move my foot around slightly from side to side to get all pasts of that under area on the foot? Feels good in just the short time I used it. Looking forward to using it every time my foot is asking for it.

  • Thanks for the feedback. I am glad you are getting relief. The FootWheel is an amazing little product!

  • I have been battling with a plantar fasciitis injury for the past 18 months and I felt almost instant relief in just 3 or 4 times using this product...amazing.
