  • Hey scott quick question: I like the way your abs used to look (no homo) like in your protein shake video from awhile ago. How can i get my abs to pop like that and avoid them getting flat like yours are now? Not trying to sound like a jerk, I was just wondering...

  • hi scott,greetings from Romania.I have a question for you. I am a boy and I am 15 years old , 75-76 kg , 1.70m , and a bit overweight . If i do the ,,MY BODY IS READY'' routine 3-4 times a week , in how much time will i get fit(lose some fat, maybe replace it with some muscle)??? please answer... I am a huge fan

    Listen to Scott. It's the lighting in his studio that messes around

    with the resolution of the camera - giving the illusion that his abs

    appear to be "a lot flatter than they use too" be. If he say's his abs are

    not flat, his abs are not flat. Now let's never speak of this matter again.
