i cant agree more with Aestarus.. i have fsh md and i am happier then ever, however from my life experience have i seen no reason to believe in any religion, nor has this "god" contacted me in any way.. we are lucky that disabled people can now live as part of the community..

I have no idea what your future might hold, and the physical and emotional challenges you face may change, but the door will always remain open for you to be with God when you die. You can always accept Christ as your Savior. Jesus Christ is the bridge. Hopefully, Aerstarus, we'll see each other someday.

Aerstarus, I know that a lot of things in life give no hope... especially when you are young and face so many physical and emotional challenges that many others do not face. I've been there. I'm still there. But my sister and I have found hope and peace from our Faith in Jesus Christ as our Savior.

If our belief that Jesus Christ is our Savior turns out to be wrong at the end, then we simply die. We'll just be dead like you... eternal darkness. But if we are right about our belief that Jesus Christ is our Savior, then when we die, we spend eternity with Him. And you, Aerstarus, will not.

Saying that you have a terminal desease and you've come to be able to cope with it has nothing to do with "God."
Why can't anyone believe that they can do things themselves? They have to make something up to substanciate?
No god helped you with that.
It was just you.

Aerstarus, I doubt if anybody could say or do anything to convince you of God. God Himself would have to shine down on you and temporarily blind you while He speaks from Heaven (you know, I think that happened to someone sometime ago) to convince you. Aerstarus, as I said, His impact on my sister's life and His impact on my life, along with our testimony and credit of that impact, can never be refuted.

Aerstarus, we are not saying that God made us go skydiving, or has let us get undergraduate and post-graduates degrees without us even needing to study for exams; nor are we saying we don't have to interview with employers or work our tails off in our jobs because God takes care of all that. What we are saying is that we give Him credit for the hope and peace we have in our spirits. We rely on that hope and peace from God in all of our future life endeavors.
