I changed the contents of the file because some people were having problems with it.
This Tutorial covers how to install the Homebrew Channel and everything required to install USB Loader GX to play Backup games from a USB Hard drive
This was tested on a Wii with 4.3e software, should work on all regions!

@MegaLizzyx3 if you have a usb pen it will work, it would need to be about 8gb to hold a game on it

@MegaLizzyx3 the sd card is different, the sd card goes in the front , and it stays there, the usb device could be either a memory pen or external hard drive

@MegaLizzyx3 all you need to do it download that program, and with that, you can copy Wii game from the pc onto the usb

is the usb plugged into the bottom usb port? and the games have to be put on the usb with WBFS manager, there is a link in the description for it

usb loader says waitig for hdd 20-19-18 etc.
Then it says Error USB DEVICE NOT FOUND!?
I have a SD Card plugged in!
