i think this bike is legal in all states.public law pl107-319 classifies small electric bikes as street legal with no license.if the cops give u a ruff time just show them the law.
i have a electric bike and had a problem in the parks but never on the street.the more i ride my bike the less i like my car.

seriously you try to live simply and minimize excessive waste and the governments lackeys come running to attempt to silence your way of life.
good luck bro and keep on pedaling... get a monthly community ride going to show force in numbers, and also it builds good relations with the community if everyone gets involved they will stand behind your cause when pushing for new laws.

Would I be able to make an electric bike from a hub motor kit and put about 200A of batteries to go about 90mi? (That's about 130lbs of batteries, 600W motor)
