the lawyer's overuse of the word 'correct' is ringing my ears. makes me wanna mute the damn video- but it'd be pointless to watch if I don't hear anything. grrrrrr...

This attorney does not know the slightest about CPR. He calls a canula, a canola, like an Italian dessert. It shows his ignorance. American Heart Association changes their requirements all the time. He has never seen emergency CPR, only knowledge of CPR from textbooks. The LAFD stresses VIP's because they fear being sued, and that is sad.
