me playing with the ESX-1 as an effector instead of a KAOSSPAD :)

Hey, your the best ;) ... I just got my korg emx - 1 ... but im having a issue... how are you recording to the computer? Lol dumb question I know ... I have live 7 and fl studio...

sending and receiving of the sound is from HeadphoneLine of electribe to LineIn of your PC.

and on PC, i use "SoundEngine" that is popular freesoft in japan to rec every time.

this is my way to record the sound on PC :)

but you had better use AudioInterface if you demand higher sound quality ^^;

i don t understand one thing.

the sound is made with your ds but you reset with the esx! at 2.40 (something like that) you restart the sound, you have no midi between th ds and the esx how you do that??

i started ESX and DS-10(out of a screen) at the same time at 1:45.

DS-10 has "Song Mode" in the same way as electribe, and be played in SongMode from 1:45.

and why did i push the button at 2:40?

Because the sequence of the AudioIn part is not applied when I remove AudioInTHRU, I push the jump to head button and apply a sequence.

is there a way to use this as an effector without having that choppy 16 step sound to it.. whenever i try to send my guitar through this or my microkorg its sounds very choppy

so with the esx, is that sample you just created, able to be saved to the esx? or is it just running through the audio input?

Nope. The EMX cannot do sampling like this. The EMX is a synth not a sampler :)
