IDEA:
Because the compressor is belt driven' from the engine , compressor speed will vary with engine speed . The system must have enough capacity to provide sufficient cooling at idling speed on the hottest day,in the sun ,etc...
The invention above provides excess capacity at idling speed .

what you have made is variable displacement compressor, they are already in use

Good idea. This idea is already used to cool the engine water. In older engines the propeller is coupled to the motor shaft.
