Tort Reform and Interstate Competition for Ins. Companies.
Those two thing are absent from the ObamaCare Takeover plan.
And those 2 things are the only things that will actually bring costs down.
Obama called the whole Congress into attention, to use them as a background prop for his partisan hissy-fit speech.
