Yes, but you can buy it on Xbox Live Arcade. And since very few people play it, the matches aren't being monitored, and so theres a lot of hackers.

also remember that the 360 does not have built in wifi, so you have to buy a special adapter that costs around $100 to make it wifi capable.

That's never stopped people. The popular games like Halo 3 and Gears of War almost never have hackers, but if you play less popular games like Team Fortress 2 and Halo 2 you'll see lots of hackers. Still a lot less hackers than the Wii though!

yeah that's true, unfortunately.
however i was on the ps3 boards on Gamefaqs since i'll be getting a ps3 soon.
(keeping my wii though, not selling it)
and all the people there were saying that people Rarely get banned on PSN.
anyway, i'll try to send you some pic's if i have time.
