This is classic! Cameron is trying to listen to the valid and well-presented question from Joan Whalley - two professionals doing their best to get the country back on track. Meanwhile, Ed Balls (one of the idiots who got us into such a mess) is interrupting the answer that Joan (a member of his OWN PARTY!!!) so desperately wants to hear. This man is truly a TWAT of the first order!
