I had always listened to this song and liked it but I had no idea whatsoever was being said. I thought it was a man crying out his love to this woman called Mamou. Wow, what a different story it turns out to be! Another great song from Africa over the ages.

Am here again. Understood nothing of what they say - but sh\urely this is music from the bottom of the hearts of men who were born with music. All knowing God knew when best to send suchmen to his people. And these men were in East Africa when we needed them most. Even now they live in our hearts - Africans all of us. Thanks boy for this post.
