One of the few parts which I loved in Architecture, was the history part. The first time I heard about all those great architects, I was so drawn to them, I could say their names to my family and friends like they were music celebrities, I memorized their works, and Villa La Roche was one of the beautiful projects which I have drawn free-hand first year. I loved everything about Le Corbusier's work, I was living in wonderland with all those great architects, their works, quotes, ideas... Thankx

La Roche has some nice intersecting planes. You can see the interplay between light and shadow on the forms. The whitewash gives it a look of austerity. Rather like using white plates for gourmet food.
