@illtubethat ya? is that so? umm with dice i think i could at least hustle some tp.. and by the way the state pays for toilet paper, us offenders dont!! and they really dont sell dice on commisary...common man they dont condone gambling thats why its contraband! dont believe you were a CO....common sense ppl! so if i run outta tp am i just gonna go around with mud butt? they supply you with what you need

I am a C.O. in a prison, the two most important things inmates want/need/trade for in prison is toilet paper and ramen noodles...the state has commissary for inmates to buy stuff, they can buy dice for less than a buck. but no one in the middle of the month "runs out of dice, tp is not wasted like this...
