Thanks for this post, I was already boiling the ribs like i use to do with the pork ribs I was skeptical about having done that until I saw your post. DO YOU HAVE A SWEET POTATO JACK recipe? no one seems to know what a sweet potato jack is. Some people may call it a sweet potato turnover
