And to become a certified appraiser you need a 4 year degree first....then take the classes and pass the exams, get with a shop and gain experience for at least two years accumulating points needed to submit all your info to the state, take the state certification exam..........yeah it is just that easy..and mortgage underwriters take what exams, and continuing ed?
