Medicaid, as matter of law, is always secondary to other insurance coverage. Taxpayers, through Medicaid nationally, are funding $64Billion in claims per year because their primacy system is not automated or centralized. Taxpayers need the states to follow the 1993 advice of the Workgroup on EDI by automating their primacy testing process so they can find other coverage when it's available, and enable medical providers to access this data, too.

  • lol that is what you think. these international criminals who run the medicaid and medicare praud are getting 500 billion a year in income. the 64 billion is what they government admits to. the government is under total control of these criminals. the government can hire their own doctors and hospitals for 20% the current expenses and then for only 60% of the current expenses of medicaid and medicare, they can give free healthcare to every american who is unemployed or uninsured. now go digest.

  • The government is corrupt and get kick backs and money under the table to do nothing about this. The money is most of the time over billing and billing for services not needed or not given at all.

  • Do a search for FatboyDan here. He claims a mental disabillity, yet he can do anything anyone else can (and more than some). He drives, hunts (which means he posses weapons) and fishes. He has no problems speaking. He is an OBVIOUS scammer who needs to be sued for fraud! Go see for yourselves, and if someone knows how, report him. It's unfair to those in need for someone too lazy to work to be able to get a free pass.

  • So Governors are raising taxes before fixing this problem? Wait until Karl Rove and James Carville get a hold of this one, no incumbent will be safe.

  • Hey Maloney for AG...this seems to be right up your alley.
