@TapThatGame As a homebrewer, and the fact that that is wine (probably around 11-15% alcohol), any bacteria that is transferred from his mouth to the tube will not be able to survive in such a high alcohol content. However, for future reference OP, prime your siphon tube with sanitized water and you wont have to start the siphon with your mouth.
