Here's the last scene in the Season 2 premiere of the Sarah Connor Chronicles where we find out that Shirley Manson's character (Catherine Weaver) isn't just the CEO from hell .. she's a freakin T-1001!!

@McGruff5150 The T-1000/T-1001 series are well known for not having the learning switch that the T-800 had.

They couldn't be programmed to not learn. The T-1000 was Skynet's most dangerous plan. It knew for a fact that the T-1000 might go rouge.

It was desperate.

The T-1001 was an upgraded version. It was going to meet with John Connor in the future and form an alliance to bring down Skynet.

However, some of his minions got a bit trigger happy, so it changed it's mind.

@McGruff5150 Maybe a sign that the T1001 has more developed personality than its predecessors? A stretch, I know, but "Catherine Weaver" has inarguably shown better people skills in assimilating into humanity at large (a sight better than the T1000 likely *ever* would have).Maybe such better developed personality subroutines would eventually, given time, allow her to develop more human tics, such as that. Again, this is a wild theory, but its technically possible.
