This is a great feature. I use it a lot. I only wish that it was like Excel's conditional coloring so that you could change the color of an entire row or column based on the condition of a certain cell. Example: if A1 = "wait" then change the row's background color to red, not just the cell. In wide spreadsheets this helps highlight conditions better.
