Cats of Recoleta cemetery - Time to eat!

Feeding one of the colonies of cat in Recoleta Cemetery, Buenos Aires, Argentina! We fed dinner tonight and were more than happy to help out. The colony caretaker doesn't have a trap! Most, about 90% of the cats are fixed. One cat is injured and needs to be trapped to be taken to the vet.

Most of the cats are sterilized. A few that have been hard to catch aren't. We just sent a trap to the caretaker (8/15/09) - hopefully the trap will help them catch and sterilize the remaining.

i actually have one of the cats in this video. The cat was retrieved by a rescue team and taken to Chicago(where i live). I have BizCocho (the broken tail Grey and White longhair). She's now known as Bizzie and loves her new life in the Windy City.
