  • Oh man...no way. It sounds like "Weird Al" singing in part of it. Otherwise its great!

  • @MB300TE my man, u know ur shit

  • @VisionairZ Status Quo are One Hit Wonders from the 60's, are they? Guessing that you're American, you most probably believe that. Others from the UK, Europe, Australia and parts of South America might beg to differ, somewhat.

  • @MB300TE Amen to that brother!!!....I happen to like all those bands you mentioned and I don't care where they came from...it's the music that counts.

  • @onlyjoetee

Well they did, they added an extra 4 original bars.

Do you accuse the blues magoos of ripping of Ricky Nelson?.

  • @VisionairZ Did you bother to check the Liverpool Five's " She's Mine" on You Tube....it blows away both the Magoos and Status Quo's efforts on the blues theme.

  • The original version of this song by the Blues Magoos can't be topped... Crisper and more original guitar sound, as well as the little electrical organ. Both groups (the Spectres became Status Quo with the hit Pictures of the Matchstick Men) are great One Hit Wonders from the 60's!

  • The M B in Moody Blues comes from their main sponsor the beer company Mitchels and Butler in Birmingham. FACT.

  • @yahood66 FYI Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass were not from Mexico, Sir Douglas Quintet were not from England,The Beau Brummels never went to France, and the Liverpool Five ,altho English were not born in Liverpool, just formed there. Most ,if not all those names ( and you could find many more examples), were chosen to exemplify the style of music they were playing.Peace out!!!!!

  • Gotta say that " She's Mine" by the Liverpool Five is the Koolest ripoff of Rick Nelson's " Summertime"....they were from England and recorded their tune in 1965
