soldiers - increase shock damage although it doesnt hurt to have a more powerful wep because if your shock doesnt proc u hit for crap. i am however not sure if the shock damage is effected by the damage of the weapon but meh

@xbox36o93 i reaaly don't think it can get stronger because he is a soldier
i've only played with berserker and siren but i really don't think a soldier will have a bonus on the revolver
i don't know why he has 3 grenade slots only and such a weak revolver and i don't really care xD
