Rather than state the fact that MSI wind has more USB ports/ battery, I would like to ask on what facts is your theory that it is "No better than the MSI wind" . Try this...
Buy a netbook.
Buy external cd/dvd/bluray drive.
Then maybe added turbo cache.
Overclocking.
Extra hard drive.
External Monitor.
Wait.... What? That sounds like a Desktop.
I hate Lenovo and their customer care. But comparing the MSI wind to the Lenovo s10 is like comparing Sandra Bullock to Megan Fox.

RAM is 5 minute job. Invoking overclocking is another 5, both dead easy jobs.
I have tons of stuff that plug into USBs so I like having 3 available.

How easy is it to upgrade the ram on your MSI? I am guessing if it had more than 2 usb ports I wouldn't call it a net book. How many things do you have to have plugged into a netbook via USB?

The fan can get a little loud when you are watching youtube videos or any videos in general; but only if you're in a quiet room. The fan also comes on if you're surfing the net, browsing at sites that require a lot of loading. If you get it, the fan will probably turn on and off repeatedly, which was very annoying, but with lenovo's BIOs change, it shouldn't be a problem.

Lenovo S10 has the easiest way to change the HDD or the RAM,just unscrew the back.

No better than the MSI and they failed to point out that the Lenovo only has 2 usb ports....I'll stick with my MSI wind for the time being until someone squeezes more grunt out of the netbooks.

yea i say fix your video fellas, its a 10"2 screen not 8.9" great review though as usual. and your right the lenovo s10 is standing out ontop in design and performance using the atom chip! its my last netbook.

Asus eee 1000ha is the truest netbook.
6 cell battery, 7 hours of life.
Reviewers are so disconnected from the users of these netbooks.
Netbooks are to SURF THE INTERNET, fuck powerfull crap. We want to surf the internet for cheap on a descent sized screen so we dont go blind. Netbooks are better compared to mobile phones than laptops. People just dont fucking get it.
