Any way I can run an Android interface (HTC Sense, Samsung TouchWiz...), and can I run other Androids(Froyo,Gingerbread...) and can I install Android apps (from an .apk file) ?

try android-x86. this one lets you install android on your computer. just make sure you have an intel only computer, and dont install it on a fat partition.
