so this is day two but there is a long stretch, 3 months of a contest!! i am going to do my best to try and workout everyday and maybe ill post somekind of shayloss video everyday maybe even if its just a blog. what do you guys think? would that annoy you though? lol

so again im dancing to the shayloss song by spokesmayne i cant help it but this song motivates me. should i change the song or keep doing it to this one?

they are fun to make too. i mean by the end im usually sweaty but they are fun none the less. i usually dance the song two or three times and tape it for one video cus ive been cutting out all the parts with me pulling up my pants lol.
