Really? As long as u hold onto a universe of particles, and not waves then this is true....particle analysis is true in 1st dimension or seeing 3rd dimension as a collection of pixels of multiples of 1st dimension manifestation.....but this is a bias background dependent assertion....waves exist in all, and 0 dimension/non-akashic field....and yet there are many, and how is this so? ... NOT THE CASE OF COSMIC RAYS. I am concerned of people that are not even good listeners. "the conditions recreated on the experiment have not taken place since the creation of the universe", so positing cosmic rays as a bias for evading having good arguments seems a cheap cop out. Fear has its use, but cowardice has none. We all live in this world and are being cowards about this experiments. Would it be a wage reduction on our salaries we would all be protesting.

Nope. let me clarify, first it can take up to thousands of years before you can see the effects of a Strangelet, though many believe you would likely see a change in the earths rotation, and the earths EMF in just as short as 5 years.. second, Cosmic rays are not "contained" within a circular "controled" path, if they create any particule like a strangelet it would be carried over with the Cosmic ray and decay in the vacuum of empty space. So not the case.
