He is roasting someone...does he have to look at his notes after every 3 words?
And for you fools who think Trump does NOT have a sense of humor, he got roasted by comedy central recently. Anyone who can have himself and his family take shots by professional roasters on T.V. for hours has to have a sense of humor.
And for you other fools who complain that Obama is making jokes I have one name for you to consider and possibly look up: Ronald Reagan.
