  • @Strefanasha We have a Republic because John Leland and James Madison met and came up with our rights to worship God as we saw fit. Baptist had the form of republic we now have in America. Thank the Baptist church for your rights to believe or NOT believe. You have the freedom to do as you wish.

  • @justjulie37 They did not want a certain religion to rule. But they wanted things founded and run by God's word. Just read REAL history not REVISIONIST history. The revisionist started changing history around 1903 because it did not fit in with their plan for America.

  • Oh what a joyful day it would be if only people could leave their imaginary friends in childhood. I don't know what history he is reading , but from the readings of the founding fathers I 've seen, i don't think they wanted religion to rule this country.

  • christianity gave rise to civil liberties? why was the reformation a bloodbath. why, when some asked for tolerance in the 16th century they were angrily shouted down by both catholics and protestants.

civil liberites came when the people were so tired of fifghting over doctrine that they decided the questions of doctrine were irrelevant.

burning heretics stopped in the 18th not the 16th century, the rightrs of man were secular not christian

does this mane not know the 9th commandment

  • this filth is blasphemy. so belief in the trinity proves anything? does fruit of the spirit count? if it does look at the genocide, lok at slavery, look at history

this obscenity is merely an adjunct to american arrogance and the blasphemy of american exceptionalism,

  • as usual this is american idolatry, they think they are the last great hope of christianity in the world (as did the Russians in the 16th century). in order to justify this absurdity they have to think there is such a thing as a christian nation.

the eaerly settlers came to advance the christian faith? by genocide. what hypocrisy to invoke this while murdering natives and to invoke it now

6:50: this is rhetoric to justify plunder and murder.

  • christian is as does not as one professes. the US was founded on genocide. the framers of the constitution were mostly deists. this vid is egregrious revisionism especially when we see that .

if it is christians who want to argue that the US was christian and the unbelievers to the contrary this is ignorance of history.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A CHRISTIAN NATION, and never was, for the nations are of the world and christs kingdom is NOT of this world.

  • 2- that the common law existed while the Anglo-Saxons were yet Pagans, at a time when they had never yet heard the name of Christ pronounced, or knew that such a character had ever existed.

  • 1- Thos Jefferson to Maj John Cartwright, June 5, 1824

I was glad to find in your book a formal contradiction, at length, of the judiciary usurpation of legislative powers; for such the judges have usurped in their repeated decisions, that Christianity is a part of the common law. The proof of the contrary, which you have adduced, is incontrovertible; to wit,

  • Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law.

-Thomas Jefferson, letter to Dr. Thomas Cooper, February 10, 1814
