Glen' great demo, good playing, fantastic amp. Only criticism would be the lead sound at the end doesn't,t cut through the mix enough and is eaten by the backing track. Paul

im asking because i do have a fender kxr100 keyboard amp with 15 inch speaker and dual piezo horns...but the sound is bad it needs lotta tweaking in LINE/PHONES mode...but its soo much better and closed to the ones through earphones when i choose STACK.RETURN mode..and using amp modelling...so im just confused why its v good with ur keyboard amp!

Hey Glenn, just learning about the k4... my wife plays keyboard and I play mostly acoustic guitar and ukulele, I've heard the Traynor k4 works well with acoustic instruments... I'm looking for an amp that we could use for acoustic uke or guitar with a keyboard for small coffe shop type performances and home use... whats your take on the K4 for acoustic amplification?. I have a taylor 514 ce with a LR baggs DI box for my main insturment...always small venues Thanks!

@oceanbound22 The K-4 really would be perfect for that kind of setup. In addition to running your wife's keyboard & your guitar through the K-4 you could also connect a CD player to play along with tracks if you like.

When you say DIRECT out from XLR's, does that mean ZERO tone modification and basically working as a straight bypass ?
Or Does the XLR outs give the tube warmth as well when engaged?

@MikeyGee001 Yes the XLR outs pass the signal going in to the outputs with all of the settings from the K4 added including the tube section if you want it.
