Yeah, well done LadyPenelope. Much appreciated ;-)

thanks for posting all these episodes, what a treat! i wait every evening for the new one -- ten minutes of fun!
i like the ending as well although its not as good as the best of JGF ( none of the third series is, IMHO). but its not overly sentimental, but its sweet at the same time.
( SPOILER ALERT NOW) also, i really like the fact that its vince who is moving to paris and not pen who has to give up her careeer. he has changed!
i wonder what the two of them are doing now?

Thank you so much for uploading all the series. I have watched them all in about a fortnight. I vaguely remember them when they were first screened but I didn't really get it. I have enjoyed them so much more this time around.
It was so sad to hear about John Sullivans death recently and revisiting some of his sitcoms has reminded me what a great writer he was.

Got sucked in, watched the Christmas Special, Episode 1 of the 1st series, and this last section of the last of Series 3... In one 'sitting'! Now it's nearly time to get up!
Thanks for uploading!

watching Just Good Friends again after all these years brought back some good memories!! Paul Nicholas was sooo sexy and although I was jealous of Pen, I also thought they were a great couple !

omg i just love this series.just watched the last few weeks on gold.i am now hooked on watching it on you tube.paul and jan were so good together.

Just good friends is corny, outdated, and totally unbelievable, but I loved it. The chemistry between Paul Nicolas and Jan Francis is outstanding. They are so unsuited yet they made such a good pair.
-
Personally I thought Vince was a bit of a cretin. Loved Penny though; it seemed she was the audience related to and was the heart and soul of the whole series.

Have to agree with firespent26. Paul Nicholas as Vince, OMG!!! wasnt he just the most gorgeous character on the planet!!! Would loved to have seen a JGF Special Reunion.
Wonderful series, ending sucked though. I definetly would have loved to see more of it. Damn! That BIT*H Gina didn't even get her comeuppance. hmm BTW Am i the only one who thinks Vince (Paul Nicholas)is one of the most gorgeous men that ever graced television? Damn! I'm totally in lust and love with that character. Thanks to those who uploaded this series, never knew it existed, but since i stumbled across it this week,it's become my all time favorite show. I watched every day religiously. Cheers!

Glad you enjoyed it, Fireserpent! I have put up an interview with Paul Nicholas somewhere but I am sure you will be able to find it if you hunt around a bit through my video clips ;) I think it is one of the last ones I put up.

I think that all of the original cast are still with us, with the exception of the talented John Ringham who played Penny's father. John Ringham died on 20th October, 2008 after an outstanding career in which he appeared in numerous programs. Most sadly missed.

I believe Jan Francis doesn't think that it would be a good idea to have a reunion special - perhaps she is right. It's nice to remember things the way they were ;)
Glad you enjoyed the clips, Jearley.

Thanks for the comments - glad that at your incredibly advanced age you are still able to enjoy life, Nuntana2 ;) And I agree with you, Workethic, series 3 had its moments but series 1 and 2 were better, I thought. Glad you enjoyed the show, Margaret - I enjoyed putting the episodes up and will miss doing this every evening.
Wish that they would make a reunion special along the lines of the one they made for 'To The Manor Born' - I'd love to see something like this.
