Luau Hula Victory

Germaine's Luau on the Island of Oahu is crazy tourist fun.

Without knowing what I was volunteering for (and within minutes of being selected) I found myself half naked, in a coconut bra and grass skirt being taught the basics of Hula.

There were 2 other chumps sharing my fate, but when I learned it was a contest, there was no way I was going to be shamed in front of my family and 300 complete strangers....

Fortunately my actual hula dance was not caught on camera, but my victory was.

If you are ever on Oahu and want to have a super fun time, I would highly recommend Germaine's Luau.
