Billie Piper singing her 1998 version of 'It Takes Two'. It is more of an updated late nineties dance pop song rather than an old motown song.

Indeed it was, if you watch it on TV, it gets cut off, so on YouTube it doesn't look that bad. This DOG was binned off almost immediately.
